Welcome to Empowering Support for Wellness & Aging (ESWA), a trusted nonprofit organization serving older adults, individuals with disabilities, and family caregivers throughout Worcester and the surrounding communities. Since 1974, ESWA has connected people with the services, resources, and support they need to remain healthy, safe, and independent in their homes and communities. We provide information and referral services, home care programs, nutrition services, caregiver support, protective services, and many other programs designed to enhance quality of life.
Navigating aging services can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to do it alone. Our experienced staff works closely with individuals, families, and personal supports, healthcare providers, and community partners to identify needs, develop personalized solutions, and connect people to available resources. Whether you are seeking help for yourself or a loved one, ESWA is here to guide you every step of the way.
