About Us

For more than 50 years, ESWA has been a leader in aging services throughout Central Massachusetts. As a nonprofit Aging Services Access Point (ASAP), we provide comprehensive support for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and family caregivers seeking resources that promote independence, health, and well-being.

Our team is committed to helping people remain in their homes and communities for as long as possible. Through care coordination, nutrition programs, home care services, caregiver support, and protective services, we connect people with the tools and resources necessary to maintain safety, dignity, and quality of life.

At ESWA, we believe every person deserves access to compassionate support and informed choices. We work collaboratively with healthcare providers, community organizations, government agencies, and local municipalities to strengthen services and improve outcomes for the communities we serve.

To provide eligible consumers with a range of services which will enhance their quality of life and allow them to live as independently as possible in dignity and respect. Any services which can further these ends may be provided directly, by contract or by referrals.
